- Sworn translations of the following documents from English/EU-languages into Czech: 2 birth certificates, 2 Certificates of No Impediment to Marry
- Visiting required government offices before the ceremony
- One court interpreter at the ceremony (English)

- Music at the ceremony (organ)
- On-site presence and coordination at the ceremony
- Post charges for sending a marriage certificate
