- Registry office fee
- Instructions for obtaining legal documents in your home country
- Sworn translations of the following documents from English/EU-languages into Czech: 2 birth certificates, 2 Certificates of No Impediment to Marry
- Visits to the required government offices before the ceremony
- One court interpreter at the ceremony (English)
- Witnesses (if required)
- Organ music at the ceremony
- On – site presence and coordination of the ceremony
- Post charges for sending the marriage certificate
- Marriage certificate in EU format (issued in Czech language and translated into all EU languages)
- Assistance to choose, booking and coordination of the wedding services suppliers: a photographer/videographer, hair& makeup, bouquet & buttonhole, transport from the hotel
- Agency fee for a complete organization of the civil ceremony

- Photographer for 3 hours (ceremony and photosession at a few locations in Prague)
