Wedding ceremonies take place at the Grand Emperor’s Hall decorated with walls and ceiling frescoes, wood carvings and museum tapestries
Chateau Troja is an architectural and landscape complex built in the Baroque style on the picturesque bank of the Vltava River.
The country residence Troy Castle was built in the 17th century. Various architects worked on the construction and decoration of the castle.
One of the notable elements of the castle’s exterior is a staircase decorated with statues of ancient Greek gods and heroes.
The chateau is surrounded by a beautiful French style park.
Wedding ceremonies take place in the Imperial Hall, the most impressive room in the castle. The hall is completely covered with frescoes.
The venue is also suitable for a whole day wedding. In case the castle and park is rented for a whole day event, it will be closed down from visitors and will be fully available to you and your guests.

On Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday it is possible to hold a wedding and rent the castle for one and a half hours: from 10:00 to 11:30, as well as in the evening from 18:00 to 19:30.

On Fridays, the hall can be rented for weddings from 10:30 to 12:00 or from 12:00 to 13:30.
Civil wedding ceremony – basic package price – 66000 CZK
The price includes:
- Prague City Hall Wedding Officiant
- Registry office fee
- Sworn translations of the following documents from English/EU-languages into Czech: 2 birth certificates, 2 Certificates of No Impediment to Marry
- Instructions for obtaining required legal documents
- Visiting required government offices before the ceremony
- Emperor’s Hall rental for 60 minutes
- One court interpreter at the ceremony (English)
- Witnesses (if required)
- Music at the ceremony (loudspeakers rental, delivery and set up, selected songs played)
- On – site presence and coordination of the ceremony
- Marriage certificate in EU format (issued in Czech language and translated into all EU languages)
- Assistance to choose, booking and coordination of the wedding service providers: a photographer/videographer, hair& makeup, bouquet & buttonhole, transport from the hotel to the chateau
