A civil and ecclesiastical marriage registered in the Czech Republic has full legal force and is recognized by the relevant state authorities in all countries of the world.

Questionnaire for organizing a civil wedding 

Hello, dear newlyweds, please answer the following questions.

Wedding Date

    -Full name of the bride and groom.
Do you know the approximate date of your wedding:

   – Day, month, year?

   – Day of the week?

Wedding Venue Preferences

Do you have any preference for the wedding venue:

   – Municipal Hall in Prague?

   – Gardens in Prague?

   – Hotel in Prague?

   – Castle within Prague?

   – Castle in the Czech Republic?

Official Documentation

For an official wedding in the Czech Republic, we also need to know:

   – Which country issued your birth certificate?

   – The country where your permanent residence is registered?
(You will need to provide a document from the registration office confirming your permanent residence!)

    – (Note: you may be living and working in another country)

Your marital status:

   – Are you single?

   – Have you been married?

   – Or are you a widower?

Guests and Witnesses

   – Will you be arriving in the Czech Republic just the two of you?

     – (Note: if so, we will provide you with two witnesses for the marriage registration)

   – The estimated number of your guests?

Do you need the following services:

   – Makeup, hairstyle?

   – Wedding bouquet?

   – Photographer?

   – Videographer?

   – Hotel recommendation?

   – Recommendations/reservation of a restaurant for the wedding dinner?

   – Floral decorations for the wedding ceremony venue?

   – Floral decorations for the hall and table in the restaurant?

   – Live music for the wedding ceremony?

   – Live music, DJ, or audio equipment for the wedding banquet?

Transportation on the wedding day:

  • Car?

  • Horse-drawn carriage?

 Entertainment program during the wedding banquet:

  • Dance show?
